Planting a garden! We skipped doing a garden last year, and the year before we didn't have great results, but we are both excited adn optimistic for our garden this year. Tom and the boys rototilled and got the boxes in place. Tom and I chose out a few plant starts (Adrienne, my seeds didn't do as well as yours!)for watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes, zuccini and pumpkins. We mixed in composted manure and planted the plants. Now, we just have to water, weed and wait!

wow, now that's a garden! i've been wondering how your garden is growing. ours hasn't died yet, but the plants aren't a whole lot bigger than when we planted them outside. lookin' good!
Julie- that is one beautiful big garden :) I can't wait to watch it grow.
That is a serious garden. Jill will be so jealous when she sees it...we have a strip of garden along the side of our house...maybe 15 feet long and 2 ft wide. She diligently plants it every year, but she would love to have something like this.
That looks great! I would love to do a garden but I lack the know-how and, this year, the motivation :). One day...
Keep us posted on how it's doing!!
holy garden, that would take up our whole yard! We know where to go when disaster strikes :) how fun to see the fruits of you labor (literally).
ps, i have been slacking on my exercising the last few weeks, i am stepping it up this week (i just have to tell someone so i actually will, haha)
Impressive! XO Linda
